I am grateful to the VA for providing a short art training program to
improve my quality of life and to master painter Lou Maestas who
gave me guidance and encouragement.  My work can be seen at
Kirtland Gallery on Kirtland Air Force Base.   I am a member of
New Mexico Veterans Art  and the Disabled American Veterans.

About Me
I was born in Oklahoma in 1934
and married a beautiful young lady
in 1956.  We have lived in
Albuquerque, NM, since 1977.
I have always been interested in
art, and experimented with
different media from time to time.  
But it was only after I was fully
retired (in 2001) that I had enough
time to seriously try my hand at
painting.  I have a "Silver Lining
Studio" here in Albuquerque, New
Mexico.   I love my studio and
manage to keep very busy.
